Corporate Volunteering is an opportunity to build team spirit while assisting the less fortunate and giving back to the community.
We invite businesses and corporations to join us year round for a few hours of team building at the Sharing Farm. Depending on the time of year, activities can include planting or harvesting vegetables, compost building, weeding, and construction projects.
There are many benefits to business through volunteering at the Sharing Farm. The company is seen as socially responsible and willing to invest in the community. Employees are offered an alternative environment in which to interact and bond. Volunteers enjoy a day in an invigorating outdoor environment.
We encourage the corporate community to bring their work teams for a fun, hands-on, relatively dirt-filled day. Groups of up to 15 or 30 people (depending on the season) are welcome at a single time.
